Partner terms
For UK accountancy practices. Setting up takes a minute: four details and a tick. We email you a link, and nothing starts until you click it.
What you get
- The check is free on any client who's selling, by web address, never by name.
- Our review of who holds the web address, email and logins: £1,750 to your practice at the trade price, billed to your client at your own fee; or £2,500 if the client books with us direct, and we pay you £500, printed on their order.
- Fixes your clients buy from their page: on the referral route we pay you 20% (£59 on the £295 email lock-down, £99 on the £495 emergency clean-up), with the client's written consent on their order. On the trade route you arrange any fix and bill your own fee. If you'd rather we didn't offer your clients the £295 and £495 fixes, ring Mal and we'll switch them off.
- No minimum and no term: either side can end it by email, and what's accrued is still paid at the end of the month.
- We never approach anyone you act for. A client page exists only once you forward it or the client runs the check themselves, and it's kept for 120 days.
The review is a factual record of who holds each login, made with the owner on screen. It isn't legal or tax advice.

Bondstone provides the Sale-Ready Check free, and its review of who holds a client's web address, email and logins at £2,500 to a client or £1,750 to a partner practice at the trade price.
Trade route: the practice buys reviews at £1,750 each, by card or on invoice at 14 days, and includes them in its own engagement at its own fee. The practice's name heads every page Bondstone makes for its clients, and no price of Bondstone's appears on them. The client remains the practice's client.
Referral route: the client books and pays Bondstone £2,500 directly. Bondstone pays the practice £500 (20%) at the end of the month in which the client's payment settles. The order the client signs prints the fee and how it is worked out, and the practice receives a dated copy.
Referral route: on fixes the practice's clients buy through its pages (email lock-down £295, emergency clean-up £495), Bondstone pays the practice 20%. The order prints the share in pounds and takes the client's written consent before the practice keeps it, and the practice receives a dated copy. Trade route: a client's page sells nothing of Bondstone's, and the practice arranges any fix. The practice can turn the fixes off.
No tie, no minimums, no term: either side can end it by email. Earnings accrued are still paid.
Bondstone never approaches the practice's clients. It keeps no list of the addresses a practice checks. It holds a client's page, with that business's name, number and report, only once the practice forwards it or the client runs the check themselves, and for 120 days.
Everything on a client's page comes from public records and is dated. In the review the owner logs in to their own accounts on a shared screen; Bondstone never takes passwords.
Prices are in pounds and fixed as published. Bondstone takes no share of tax saved and no fee contingent on the sale.
