Who we serve

For business brokers and M&A advisers. Listings that don't stall on who holds the keys.

Send us the web addresses of your next five listings and we check each one free, the way a buyer's side will: the register, the filings, the web address, the email and the website. You get a page per business for the data room, with who fixes each item and the dates.

To talk it through, ring Mal Murphy on 07830 879318, weekdays, 9am to 5pm.

  • 6 to 12 monthsfor most business sales to complete.1
  • 4 to 10 weeksfrom the initial request list to agreed due diligence findings.2
  • £3,500 to £6,500plus VAT: what a buyer pays for its own IT review of a single-site business with 10 to 30 staff, at one IT firm's published price.3
  • 149 daysto Monday 5 April 2027, the last completion day under the £1 million limit. 101 of them are working days.4

Where deals stall

What holds completion up, and what the check shows

What holds it upWhat the check shows
The lender“The legal charge will need to be paid off on completion”, and buyers' banks often set requirements “late on in the transaction”.5Every charge registered as outstanding, with the lender and the date it was created.
Names“Domain names or software registered in personal names.”6Who runs the web address and the email today; the review confirms in whose name, and moves it.
The registers“Deals get delayed while rectification work is carried out.”7The officers, the people with significant control and their identity verification, looked up live.
Timing“Leaving IT diligence until the final fortnight forfeits the negotiating leverage that findings create.”3All of it checked before the buyer's first list arrives, not in the final fortnight.

Questions

Does a seller's name ever reach you?

Not from you. You send web addresses only. Each page carries the company's registered name from Companies House, and your message stays with your enquiry so Mal can send the pages.

What if a listing is clean?

Its page says so, with the company record, who holds the keys and the dates still shown. A clean page is a good thing to put in front of a buyer.

Who pays for the review?

The seller, £2,500 by card. Your introduction fee is paid at completion.

Can you check more than five?

Yes. The check is free for any business at bondstone.app/ready; Mal makes the pages by hand for your first five, so ring him about the rest of your book.
