You work the list
Target List
from£995one-off
Companies fitting out, moving in or taking on new buildings, and public work out to tender, each with the person who decides. You ring and email them.
See Target ListFor commercial trades
We find the companies fitting out or moving in, and the main contractors who have just won public work, write in your name to the person who decides, and pass you the ones who ask for a price.

Three ways to work, from a list you work yourself to outreach we run for you.
For electrical contractors, mechanical and plumbing firms, and building services and maintenance firms that work for companies, not homeowners.
Food distribution firm
An illustration, drawn for an electrical contractor. The company is invented; the kinds of reason, source and contact are real.
Commercial work starts with a change: a fit-out, a move, a tender. We find it while it is news, and keep the date and the place we read it.
A company fitting out offices, a shop or a unit needs power, lighting, data, heating and cooling, often to a fixed opening date.

A company taking on a building needs it tested, put right and kept running, before and after it moves in.
Where we read itProperty records, and Companies House
Rewires, heating, lighting and repairs for schools, councils and other public bodies, each with its closing date.
Where we read itContracts Finder
A main contractor that has just won a public job needs electrical and mechanical firms to deliver it.

Who we write to
By name where it is published, on the company's own website or as a director at Companies House.
From a list you work yourself, to outreach we run for you where most of the fee follows results. Each one, step by step, is on the Lead Generation page.

See PerformanceWhat we count
A qualified enquiry is an owner, a director or someone in facilities, estates or procurement at a company we reached first, asking you in writing for a price for a job or regular work, a trial, a call at a set time, or to set you up as a supplier.
It is what your weekly report counts, and what the Performance Partnership bills at £245 each, six at most in a month. What counts, in full
“We move into the new unit in the spring. Could you price the lighting and power for the offices?”
Anything else, ask us in the form below. A person answers.
Yes. We only write to limited companies, LLPs, plcs and public bodies, never homeowners, sole traders or partnerships. And a one-off job under £250 with no mention of regular work is never counted.
Yes. We read the award notices on Contracts Finder and Find a Tender for the contractors that have just won public work, and write to the commercial or procurement manager who buys in the trades. Pricing the job is yours.
Yes, and that counts. A company asking in writing to set you up as a supplier, or for a price for regular work such as planned maintenance, is a qualified enquiry.
We'll tell you which way of working fits, what it costs, and how soon the first emails could go out.
