For commercial cleaning and facilities firms

New cleaning and facilities contracts, from companies that have just moved in.

We find the companies moving offices or taking on new buildings, write in your name to the person who runs the building, and pass you the ones who ask for a price. Public contracts out to tender come with their closing date.

When a company picks a new cleaning firm

We look for the moments a company has to choose who cleans and looks after its building, and keep the date and the place we read each one.

  • Moving offices

A company moving offices needs the new place cleaned before it moves in, and looked after from the first day.

  • A new building occupied

A unit or an office that stood empty is let, and someone has to clean it, service it and look after it.

  • Work out to tender

When a public body's cleaning or facilities contract comes up, it goes out to tender with a date to bid by.

The same outreach with a smaller fee a month and a set fee for each qualified enquiry, so most of what you pay follows results.

What we count

A qualified enquiry is an owner, a director or the person who runs the building at a company we reached first, asking you in writing for a price for a job or regular cleaning, a trial, a call at a set time, or to set you up as a supplier.

It is what your weekly report counts, and what the Performance Partnership bills at £245 each, six at most in a month. What counts, in full

“Could you look round the new office next week, and price evening cleaning?”

Questions

Anything else, ask us in the form below. A person answers.

Our contracts run for years. How do you find the ones coming up?

A private contract doesn't say when it ends, so we look for the moments a company has to choose: a move, a new building, more staff, or a contract out to tender with its closing date.

Do you bid for tenders for us?

No. Quoting and pricing jobs are yours. We find the contracts out to tender on Contracts Finder and Find a Tender, each with its closing date, so you can decide in time.

Can you keep to the area our teams cover?

Yes. You set how far you travel, and every company on the list comes with its town and how many miles it is from you.

Tell us what you clean, and how far your teams travel.

We'll tell you which way of working fits, what it costs, and how soon the first emails could go out.

  1. A person writes back by the next weekday morning, UK time.
  2. A short call about your work, your area and how much you can take on.
  3. If it fits, a secure payment link or an invoice, and we start.

Rather talk first? Ring 0113 490 0521, weekdays 9am to 5pm UK time. At any other time, book a call and we ring you back.
