What happens when you find something?
You hear the same day, in plain words, with the proof. Shield and Fortress include priority fixes. On Watch, we tell you what it takes to put right.
Do you need access to my site?
Yes, for the off-site backups, and on Shield and Fortress for the firewall, the updates and the fixes: the site's admin login and the hosting login.
My site has already been hacked. Can I start here?
Clean it first. An Emergency Clean-Up (£495) removes what is there today, and Care keeps it watched afterwards.
How do I pay?
