What the Client is buying
An Evidence Pack, one-off, for £625.
Prices are in pounds sterling.
What is in a pack
A pack holds the businesses near the Client’s office, within about 10 miles of it, ranked. Each comes with the finding, the fix, the record it was read from and the date it was read. With them come a call sheet and first emails, which the Client sends from its own mailbox, and the do-not-contact list, which covers every channel.
Bondstone reads only what a business publishes about itself, in public: its DNS records, including those for email authentication (SPF, DMARC, DKIM, MTA-STS, TLS reporting and BIMI); one TLS handshake with its website; its home page; up to six more of its own pages to find how to reach it, those the home page links to about contact, about or team, then common addresses such as /contact, /about and /legal; the privacy, terms, cookie and data processing pages the home page links to; its robots.txt, sitemap and llms.txt; its careers page, the one the home page links to or /careers; up to two public job boards its pages link to; and its domain’s public registration record (RDAP).
Delivery
Bondstone delivers the pack within 72 hours of receiving the payment. A pack is delivered as a download link sent to the Client.
Paying
Bondstone sends each invoice through Stripe, in pounds sterling. The pack is paid for before it is delivered. What the Client is buying is agreed here before anything is charged.
What Bondstone promises, and its limits
If fewer than 100 businesses in a pack pass Bondstone’s checks, Bondstone refunds that pack in full. If any finding in a pack fails when it is read again, Bondstone replaces it with two that pass. That is the whole of the promise, because it is what Bondstone controls. Bondstone does not promise that anybody will reply, agree to meet, take the Client’s call or buy from the Client: that depends on the Client and on the businesses it contacts.
What is the Client’s to do
- The Client decides whom to contact and how.
- The Client sends from its own mailbox and rings from its own phone, and follows the rules that apply to it, including the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the Telephone Preference Service registers and every request to be left alone.
- The first emails in a pack carry the Client’s name, its postal address and a way to opt out, and the Client keeps all three in every message it sends.
- The Client tells Bondstone about every opt-out and every request to be left alone that reaches it, so that the do-not-contact list covers it.
- A pack is for the Client’s own use: the Client does not resell it or publish the names in it.
What Bondstone never does
Bondstone never scans or probes a system, logs in anywhere, names a business on a public page or writes to a sole trader. Nothing Bondstone hands the Client is a statement that a message may be sent: whether and how to send is the Client’s decision.
Information about people
The Data Processing Agreement between the same parties, drawn up on the same day, says what each of them does with information about people. It forms part of this agreement.
Liability
Nothing in this agreement limits anything the law does not allow to be limited. Beyond that, what Bondstone is liable for in connection with the pack is limited to what the Client paid for it.
The law
This agreement is governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
Accepting it
The Client accepts this agreement when a person acting for it types their name and role and ticks to accept on the page where it is shown, or signs a copy and returns it to Bondstone.
